Introducing…

Meet Glenplace

Glenplace is a classic purple pompon dahlia up to 2” in size, producing perfectly rounded blooms with tightly arranged florets and outstanding form. The rich royal-purple flowers are produced abundantly on sturdy stems, making it an excellent choice for both exhibition and cut flower production. Its uniform blooms and reliable performance have made it a favourite among exhibitors and collectors for more than four decades.

Glenplace is new to our dahlia field this year and was sourced from Bountiful Blooms | Dahlia Tubers Vancouver Island.

Did You Know?

The cultivar was bred by Neville Weekes, one of New Zealand's respected dahlia hybridizers. Although introduced in 1982, Glenplace remains in commercial production today because of its excellent pompon form and dependable garden performance.
